Feel better
When you workout, you feel better emotionally by using the muscles. You will have the same effect when you chew more. Chewing use muscles, too!

Good for you intestine
Breaking down foods in your mouth affects your intestine!
via weheartit.com
When large particles of improperly chewed food enter your stomach, it may remain undigested when it enters your intestines. There, bacteria will begin to break it down, or in other words it will start to putrefy, potentially leading to gas and bloating, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, cramping and other digestive problems.
Is it hard for you to chew longer?
Start with chewing 30 times and swallow the food before you put food in your mouth again. Thinking about this will slow you down eating and make you chew more!
