Russian kettlebell swing
Keep your feet apart in hip width and hold kettlbell with both hands. Keep it close to your chest. You do squats with this arm position.
Feet in hip-width distance, and put a kettlebell between you feet. Rise up using hips to keep a straight line on your back. Reverse the movement to go back to the initial position.
One arm press
Raise the kettlebell overhead and lower it back to the initial position.Think about you are doing pull ups, and use your core while doing this.
