目次

January is almost over. Do you still manage to workout?

Your new year resolution is to start working out and already gave up the hope?
It’s never too late to restart the exercise habit!
Here are 7 tips to keep working out.

Start with shorter workout

Let’s say you are going to waste you time on social media for 15 minutes, how about spending that 15 minutes on exercise? If you can finish the daily routine in 15 minutes, it doesn’t sound bad, right?
There are many 10-15 minutes workout routines you can find online. Start with one of those.

Try it for 30 days

We often get 30 days free trial on many services. There are workout apps and programs that are free for 30 days. Why don’t you try to commit for 30 days with or without programs.
Imagine yourself finishing 30 days commitment. You will feel very accomplished.
When you finish the first 30 days, working out will be a habit!

Make it Fun

Think about your hobby. You keep doing that hobby because it is fun.
Then, let’s make exercise fun!
You can watch your favorite TV show while you are on treadmill, going to dance classes, etc…
You don’t have to do the same things as other people. Find your favorite workout style and have fun!

With friends

Having friends who would workout with you will be fun.
Remember when you are at school. You didn’t like school, but you finished school because there were friends!
Working out with friends is a lot more fun!

Schedule ahead

In your mind, workout can be done whenever you have time. That’s why you cannot stick to it!
Decide when to exercise and put it on you planner.

Set a goal

For those who decided to run this year, find a race that you can participate in!
The race will be your goal. Once you decide to participate in a race, you will start working out more seriously.

Keep a Log

Just put the X mark on you calendar after you workout. You can see the achievements you make. Or you can make a workout log where you can put what you did, how long you run for, what improvements should be made, and so on.
