Have you tried jump rope to lose weight?

Jump rope workout is fun and effective! It does't seem to have many variations of movements, but it does! By combining different types of jump rope movements and other training, you can create your own high intensive workout routines.

Forward

This is the most basic jump. You move the rope forward and you jump over it every time it comes in front of your body.

Backward

Instead of swinging the rope forward, do backward. You need to jump over the rope coming behind you to keep going.

Single leg

Simply, jump on one foot. After 1 set switch the leg.

Side to side

Basically it is like forward jump, but you jump and move to the side each time you jump. To the left, to the right.

Run

While you are doing forward jumps, move the legs as if you are running at the same spot. You can move the rope faster than usual.
