Hot water in a Bucket

Even if you don't have time for a warm bath, foot bath will help you.

Get a bucket of warm water; however make sure that it’s not very hot. Add some salt to it, a tablespoon should be enough, and dip your legs in the water for almost 15-20 minutes. This quick remedy is sure to help you get relief from tired legs.

Peppermint Tea

Peppermint tea has many stress relieving properties. In case you do not have peppermint oil, use your cup of peppermint tea to relieve your leg fatigue. Simply pour the tea into a tub of hot water and soak your legs.

Clove Oil

Clove oil is highly effective home remedy for joint pain, nail fungus and tired legs also it increase the circulation of blood in body parts.

Gently massage your feet with clove oil for effective results. This will rouse blood circulation and will relax your leg muscles.
You can repeat this process with clove oil several times a day.
For sensitive skin or if you are having a cut one skin than you can use mixture of clove oil, extra virgin oil and coconut oil than massage the feet.

Include foods that are rich in calcium, fibers, proteins and vitamin E in your diet. These ingredients when eating in proper quantities help you in keeping your legs to get rid of tiredness and pain.

Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper is a rich home remedy containing capsaicin, which is factor know for relief of pains in different parts of body like lower back pain and tired legs or restless legs syndrome. So you can use this method with confidence to get rid of this problem.

- If your feet of legs sore due to cold than you can put some pepper before wearing the socks this process will calm your feet muscles and save them from tired legs.
- Alternatively add one teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder in half container of warm water and dip your feet in it for 15 minutes. This will give a soothing effect and reduced the pain.
