Pros: Metabolism and Body Weight Control

Capsaicin in spicy food can help you with weight loss, because it improves your metabolism. Your body temperature will rise and you will burn more calories.

Pros: Blood circulation

In history, spicy foods like chili peppers were used also for medical purposes. The main reason is because it increases the blood flow. Also, It has vitamin such as vitamin A and C.

Pros: Healing and Slow Aging

As mentioned above, spicy food can improve your blood flow, which means, your internal healing power is increased. Spicy food will improve your immune system, and the good thing is it can keep you look younger with the healing power.

Cons: Upset stomach

Everybody probably have an experience of getting a heartburn after eating spicy food. We need to be careful about that we don’t go too far when getting spicy food, and avoid spicy food, if your stomach isn’t feeling great.

Cons: You won’t taste well

Spicy food can mess with your taste buds on your tongue. Eating too much spicy food can cause a serious damage the sense of taste.
