Some parts of your body is easier to massage than others, but still, you fingers get tired after a while. Using tennis balls for massaging will solve this problem.
How to use tennis balls in massaging
You can roll one tennis ball on the place you want to massage. You can put a tennis ball between your body and the floor, or between your body and the floor. If you want to use to tennis ball to massage two spots at the same time, put tennis balls in a sock to keep them close.
Hold on chair or wall to balance. Put a tennis ball under your foot, and move it around to find a best spot. By putting more weight on that foot, you can adjust the strength. This massage will loosen the muscles on your soles and joints.
Put a tennis ball between your thigh and leg and squeeze the ball gently. This movement massages your legs and knees to improve the pain on your knee.
Massaging thighs can tire your hands. If you use tennis ball, you can massage deeper without your hands getting sore. Put one or two tennis balls on the floor or a chair and sit on it.
