Your skin needs different skincare routines in different seasons
Cold winter is over. Now we have to get ready for spring, and eventually for hot summer. As you change your clothing, you need transitions in your skin care routines. Here are some tips for spring skincare.
You need sunscreen
You have more events going out in spring? Before the summer comes, get used to using sunscreen everyday. UV will age your skin, and you want to avoid that.
As well as in other seasons, you need to exfoliate your skin to keep it healthy. Especially after the dry winter, you need to get rid of all the dry dead skin cell on the surface of your face and body.
After the dry season, you may want to change your moisturizer. In spring, you may want to use something to nourish your skin, not just moisturizing it. The ones with Vitamin E or glycolic acid would be a good choice.
If your lip balm doesn’t have SPF, get a new one with SPF! If you had chapped lips during winter, you might have them again with hot dry weather and strong sunshine.
