Baking soda can often neutralize odors caused by perspiration. Make a paste of baking soda and warm water, then rub the paste into the problem areas. Leave the paste on the garment for 15 minutes, or allow it to remain overnight. Launder the garment as usual.

Lemon is the best remedy to remove underarm odor.
Cut a medium size lemon into two halves. Make squeezed juice from it gently. Now rub it to your armpits. Leave it for 15-20 minutes, then wash the armpits off. Before sleeping, apply this treatment.
You can also make a thick paste by lemon juice and baking soda. Take one teaspoon of baking soda with one teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir it well. Practice this by a cotton pad into your sweating armpits. Then leave the paste for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with plain water. Try this weekly twice to get a finer result.
