You can simply add one table spoon of coconut oil in a cup of coffee. However, if you use a blender for mixing, instead of stirring with a spoon, they get mixed evenly and taste better.

2. Add in 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil (start with 1 and work your way up to 2).
3. Add 1-2 tablespoons grass-fed, unsalted butter or ghee.

Vanilla Extract (optional)
Peppermint Extract (optional)

Instructions:
Carefully pour your coffee into your blender cup.
Add coconut oil and any other goodies you want (I usually add a tablespoon of gelatin and a teaspoon of raw honey).
Place the lid on your blender then blend up your coffee. You’ll notice that the coconut oil and coffee will froth up, all fancy like! Way better than Starbucks, guys!
Once blended, pour it into your cup and get your drink on.
