We want to keep breath fresh and good!
Here are some tips to prevent bad smelling breath!
Flossing will remove food debris from in between the teeth that a toothbrush can't reach. If the food debris is not removed, the bacteria will begin to feed on it, causing bad breath.
Snack on healthy food, like apples
The hard texture of apples, celery, carrots, etc., can remove food caught between your teeth and rub away bacteria that sit on them, creating that "sweater" feeling when you run your tongue over your teeth. Hard, crunchy foods act like a natural toothbrush.
When a mouth becomes devoid of saliva, odor-causing bacteria can thrive. Saliva contains oxygen that deters the growth of oral bacteria. The solution is to always drink plenty of fluids, preferably water, to keep bacteria at bay.
Apple cider vinegar
swallow a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar just before each meal (you may want to add it to a glass of water)
