Or, if you are having hard time not to eat on fasting days, try something you forget about your hunger. You can go for a walk, do yoga, clean up the room, or read a book. There are so many things you can try with your new eating habits. Fasting will let you notice something new in your life.

Let’s say you eat out everyday. On your fasting day, you can grab some green smoothie to get what you need. Two fasting day per week will actually save money on food.

We used the rule of thumb that women need 2000 calories and men need 2400 calories per day and on a Fast Day you should eat a quarter of a normal day’s recommended calories.
