Cold weather is bothering you?

Some people's feet and hands get really cold during winter.
It is not a pleasant feeling having icy cold feel and fingers when you have to do something.
Here are the tips to keep your feet and hands warm.

Socks and gloves

If a pair of socks does not keep your feet warm enough, wear layers of socks. Legwarmers are good, too.
When you have to work on computers, but your hands keep getting cold? Use finger-less gloves to keep yourself warm without interrupting your work.

Avoid caffeine

Reduce your intake of foods and drinks with caffeine, such as coffee, tea, and chocolate. Caffeine constricts the blood vessels and can trigger a flare up of Raynaud’s disease if you have it, says Dr. Ratchford. Try decaf drinks or hot water with lemon and ginger to warm up. Holding on to a warm cup will help, too!

Exercise

Unlike other stuff mentioned here, exercise will keep you warm temporarily and in long term, too.
Having a exercise habit will keep your temperature higher.

Don't wear tight clothes

Tight pants, socks and accessories like a ring can affect the blood circulation and make you feet and hands colder.
