Here is Why I Like Using Sample Size Mascaras from Ipsy

I think buying a new full size mascara is kind of hard. A mascara's texture, brush, and application cannot be tested like other makeup items.

Also, I don't really want to spend like $20-25 on something I might not like...
That's why I always ended up with a cheap drug store mascaras.

Of course, drugstore products do their jobs. If one drugstore mascara does not what I wanted I could just throw it away.
Anyway, mascara should be thrown away every 6 month at least for its quality and for safety.

Every time I see makeup tutorials online, I had always wanted to try some good brand mascaras that costs more than $20.

I started subscribing Ipsy in summer 2016, and I have received 6 packages so far.
In those 6 packages, which means 30 samples, I got 3 mascara samples.
I realized that I like having sample sized mascaras.
Here are some of the reasons.

I can try the good ones that I had never tried.
It really helps me to consider whit mascara I will buy next.
I don't have to worry about wasting $25 on something I want to try.

I can finish all the mascaras while they are still good.
If you'd like to keep a couple different mascaras for makeup variation, I think having different sample size mascaras is a good option. You can finish all the bottles within a few weeks to a couple months.

I am talking about samples, but the pictures show the full size products.

This mascara is very easy to apply and makes more natural look, which I like.
I really liked this one, but I feel like some of the drugstore mascaras can do the very similar work.

I don't know why but it was little bit hard for me to apply this mascara at first.
It seemed to add too much volume, so I had take it use a clean brush to even it out.
After that, I learned how to apply more smoothly, so maybe it was just my problem.

This is one of the mascaras I really wanted to try. One time I was about to buy this, but I didn't because I saw both good and bad reviews online. The applicator is pretty different from usual mascaras and I was not sure if I would be happy when I pay $23 for this mascara.
Luckily, I got to try this from Ipsy. I like it! So I am thinking about buying this item finally!
