By eating late breakfast, you can finish eating later in a day. You can still drink tea or coffee before breakfast, so it wouldn't be too hard to delay breakfast.
Instead of eating big 3 meals, you can eat 3 light meals and 2 snacks. You can decide how often you eat as long as it is done within 8 hours.
It's not for everybody
